Purchasing
All NFA Rules Apply.
All payments are processed immediately upon placement of order. It is the responsibility of the customer to know and be in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws related to selling, transferring, possessing, transporting, or using a firearm, magazine, and ammunition in the locality in which the customer resides.
Dark Mountain Arms reserves the right to cancel any order, at any time, for any reason.
Order Restrictions
The customer is responsible for knowing his/her state laws regarding firearm equipment. Contact your local FFL dealer with any questions regarding the sale or transfer of firearms. The customer assumes all responsibility and cost for returned products due to failure to receive. If Dark Mountain Arms is forced to cancel an order that has already shipped, the order will be refunded minus a 10% restocking fee.
Please follow all directions prompted to you at checkout. This will ensure speedier delivery. Additional shipping charges will apply to orders that need to be reshipped.
Dark Mountain Arms reserves the right to cancel any order, at any time, for any reason.
Returns / Cancellations
All sales of firearms, ammunition, ammunition components, blank cartridges and clothing are FINAL, and cancellations, returns, refunds or exchanges are NOT ACCEPTED. Orders shipped to FFL and transferred are FINAL UPON SHIPMENT.
If a defect is discovered in any firearm after being transferred or any of the other products listed above you will have two options. You may contact us and request a warranty repair or replacement or you may contact us to request a return for refund, WITHIN 30 DAYS, of the date of receipt of delivery of the purchased item.
Shipping costs will not be refunded for any approved returns that are not warranty claims.
CUSTOMER FURTHER AUTHORIZES AND CONSENTS TO DARK MOUNTAIN ARMS CHARGING THE AFOREMENTIONED FEES TO THE DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD USED TO PLACE THE ORIGINAL ONLINE ORDER.
Dark Mountain Arms reserves the right to dispute any bank or credit card chargebacks. Dark Mountain Arms reserves the right to refuse all future orders placed by any customer that cancels an order via debit or credit card chargeback following shipment.
If Dark Mountain Arms is forced to cancel an order that has already shipped, the order will be refunded minus a 10% restocking fee.
Amending Orders
No amendments to orders can take place once an order is placed.
Shipping Times
In stock order typically ship within 1 week. Items that are shown as ‘available on backorder’ can take up to 6 weeks to ship. Items labeled as Pre-Order do not typically have a definitive ship date and will ship as soon as they are ready. During the holiday and peak seasons shipping times will vary due to the high order volume. We do work very hard to get your order out to you, and apologize if there is a delay with it. Let us know if your order has passed the above ship time, and we will investigate the reason for the delay.
Shipping Costs
Firearms components and accessories, and other items typically ship for $8, subject to change.
Warranty Policy
At the request of manufacturers, all broken and/or defective item claims must be submitted, by the purchaser, to our Customer Service Department.
Under no circumstances shall Dark Mountain Arms be responsible for incidental or consequential damages with respect to economic loss or injury to property, whether as a result of express or implied warranty, negligence or otherwise. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Dark Mountain Arms will not be responsible for the results of ordinary wear and tear, careless handling, neglect, unauthorized repairs or adjustments, improper, substandard, reloaded or defective ammunition, corrosion, or unreasonable use. This warranty gives you legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
Product Price and Specifications
All product prices and specifications listed for sale on this website are subject to change at any time. Dark Mountain Arms does not honor price change requests. Dark Mountain Arms also does not allow raincheck pricing for any prior Sale or Daily Deal prices if you have not placed an order.
